Loeb & Loeb is a well-respected law firm with a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion. Reviews from attorneys and others who have worked at the firm praise the working environment, with most people being friendly and the hours being more reasonable than other big law firms. In addition, Loeb & Loeb provides competitive pay and benefits, as well as mentoring and team-oriented work. People also appreciate the challenging work and the relaxed atmosphere, which allows for growth and learning.

However, some areas of the firm need improvement. Flexibility in work schedules is an area where the firm could improve, as well as the compensation and benefits packages which are slightly below average. The spread between junior associates and senior attorneys is also relatively small, resulting in small annual increases. Additionally, reviews mention that management and ad hoc training and development can be lacking in some groups.
