.Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp is a law firm with offices in Los Angeles, New York, and Washington, DC. The firm has a diverse and intelligent group of 135 attorneys and staff, and they pride themselves on their peer involvement and excellent mentoring program. In terms of the working environment, the reviews are overwhelmingly positive with reviewers noting the friendly and helpful co-workers, social gatherings, understanding and caring admin, and flexible schedule. Additionally, reviewers reported that they have good relationships with co-workers and that the work ethic is great.
The only negative reviews related to the firm were about a lack of guidance for some projects and salaries that were under market. However, reviewers overall reported that the firm was a great place to work and that they plan to stay as long as they can. They also noted that the size of the firm was just right and that they have great benefits. Finally, while everyone is currently working remotely, they are looking forward to returning to the office in April 2022.

Great peer involvement, excellent mentoring program and caring staff.ConsJust that we miss seeing each other. Come late April of '22, we should be back to the office at least a few days a week which will be a boost.Advice to ManagementContinue with events, training and encouragement to associates.
