"Toxic culture" - Anonymous

- Reviewed on Jan 30, 2026

How would you rate the overall culture of your law firm?
Bad, skewed towards men. Surprisingly, the women will mostly be the ones to be rude to you. Many gendered judgments here and poor leadership.

How manageable were the hours and expectations at your firm?
Fine, some people say it is too much but I have been fine even with children. I stay because I enjoy the work.

Would you recommend this firm to other attorneys?
If you are a man, yes. If you are a woman, NO.
