The work is challenging, but collaboration is encouraged. The work environment is great, and frequent office events bring everyone together and help build a sense of community. Management was accommodating with flexible hours.ConsJob responsibilities were not always made clear. More training and documentation on job duties and protocols would do much to improve this.
