Pros

Great salary, benefits are good. Very good team players. Like a family.

Cons

Word processing system and computers have constant printing problems whereby you have to call their off site tech department to fix the problem.

Advice to Management

Need a new network and better word processing peripherals such as computers and hard drives to do the work as it takes more of our time to remedy the problems and takes us away from work that needs to be done.
