Advice to law firm management: Please do more to protect the culture of congeniality.

Pros: Most people are very nice. I appreciate that Cahill offers more work-life flexibility than most other firms. Total compensation is above market. Vacations are usually respected.

Cons: The firm has brought in some difficult personalities in the last few years. There has been a rapid shift toward IP and crypto litigation practices, which has meant attorneys with little interest or experience in these fields have been pushed into those practice areas.
