ored and trained junior attorneys in their practice groups, which I think is a great way of developing younger attorneys.

The firm is known for its excellent client service and its commitment to collegiality, respect, and outstanding legal representation. This is evidenced by the positive reviews of the firm from attorneys and others who have worked at the firm.

For example, one attorney who worked in the firm's capital markets (real estate finance) group commented on the strong culture of respect, collegiality, and client service. Additionally, the attorney noted that the partners are responsive and care about the associates on a personal level.

Despite the positive reviews, some of the cons of working at Cox Castle & Nicholson are typical of larger firms and more endemic to law firm culture in general. However, the firm is actively working to address all of these issues.

Moreover, the firm has been praised for its mentorship and training of junior attorneys. According to one review, Cox Castle & Nicholson has been doing a great job of developing younger attorneys through its mentorship and training programs.

Pros: 5.0 Former Employee, more than 3 yearsA great place to work and grow.Associate in Los Angeles, CA ProsMy list is long. I found CCN to be a wonderful place to work. I was an LA-based associate in the capital markets (real estate finance) group so my comments about work are specific to my experience in that particular practice group.-strong culture focused on collegiality, respect, and outstanding client service (while being respectful of people's personal obligations)-partners are responsive, easy to work with, care about associates on a personal level, and give associates opportunity to take responsibility early on. associates in the group are bright, responsive, kind, and a joy to work with.-the overwhelming majority of attorneys at the firm are smart, easygoing, and approachable people-clients are generally nice and easy to work with-work is interesting-hours are manageable (definitely not a sweatshop)-recent comp adjustments make it very competitive with the market (especially given reasonable hours requirement)-flexible remote schedule-nice, modern offices-good health insurance that is potentially free depending on the plan you choose-401k match-associates generally seem happy-young, energetic leadership that cares what associates think-overall, really strong moraleConsI think the cons are typical of larger firms and more endemic to law firm culture, generally, than they are to the firm (occasional lack of transparency from management, struggling in retaining/recruiting diverse associates, speed of implementing new technologies). The firm actively works on all of the aforementioned.I think the firm could do a better job of branding itself and I think it has been improving in that regard. People who have worked across CCN often mention how the firm "punches above its weight". I am based in another large city now and while many haven't heard of the firm, those that have had experience working across CCN have wonderful things to say.Advice to ManagementKeep up the good work!
