With offices in major cities around the world, the firm offers a wide range of legal services for a diverse range of clients. The firm is known for its collegial and understanding atmosphere, with many longtime coworkers providing support to each other. The firm hires highly talented individuals who work on cutting-edge projects with some of the brightest minds in the field. Employees are encouraged to come into the office, but not forced, and are provided with a safe building and job security.

The firm offers competitive pay and a great location, with friendly staff. The real estate and corporate departments, in particular, are highly respected. Employees are given challenging opportunities to work on complex projects and enjoy the friendly atmosphere with their co-workers.

However, working at Fried Frank Harris may not be for everyone. The firm operates with a hierarchical structure, with long hours and tedious bureaucracy. There is also high turnover and not enough internal promotions.
