Would you recommend this firm to other attorneys?
Worked with John McDonald and Jeffrey Switzer. Both were great lawyers and very funny. Straightforward with expectations. Clients loved them. Only negative was that one older lawyer seemed to be a bit of a curmudgeon.

Advice to law firm management: N/A.
Pros: Great firm, supports staff and has above average comp and benefits for size of firm. Attorney mentioned is well-respected with very ethical business practices (as do all the attorneys). Reviewer above was neither an employee or a client, rather it was a somewhat unstable pro se party - this woman actually once yelled and cursed at me on when I took her call for clearing my throat. What a menace.
Cons: A little quiet. Some attorneys can be very serious.
Partners to Avoid and Why: N/A

Advice to law firm management: Treat your clients as you would want to be treated with informative proactive communication of realistic expectations, heads up if new information is coming to your clients. Unprofessional support staff. Lots of room for improvement!
Cons: Lack of communication, filing unnecessary motions, price gauging, condescending, dismissive, non-responsive and not helpful with guidance through an unfamiliar process as a probate attorney. John McDonald.
Partners to Avoid and Why: John McDonald!
