Pros

Eimer Stahl from an IT perspective is an awesome place to work. The company itself isn't huge but there is always something that needs to get done.

Cons

Company is fairly small so there really isn't room to move around in IT. But that doesn't necessarily mean that's a bad thing as there is always something to learn.
