Pros: 5.0 Current EmployeeGreat law firm, nice peopleAug 4, 2015 - Anonymous Employee ProsThe people are fantastic. A law firm normally has a large number of unpleasant people, but not this one. Everyone is really nice.ConsIt is a Fresno-based firm, and as a result the client base is somewhat limited. The Los Angeles office is capable of bringing in a more diverse clientele, which offsets this problem in a huge way.Advice to ManagementThey are really doing things right. I wouldn't recommend any major changes. I do predict they will grow, so the biggest challenge is going to be what to do when the growth outpaces their available office space.
