Cons: "TOXIC work environment
Lack of checks and balances to ensure fair treatment of administrative staff
Extremely long work hours, with a minimum of 10-12 hours per day, at least 3 days per week
Attorneys are often unsatisfied and demanding of staff, even with extreme work hours
Constant guilt and pressure to work beyond normal hours and on weekends
Good PTO policy, but staff is made to feel guilty for taking time off
HR tries to convince staff to stay longer and threatens future job prospects if they leave"
