Can get an opportunity to manage cases and conduct all phases of litigation there.ConsThe main con is that it is primarily insurance defense (though they do have a number of non-insurance clients), which means lower billing rates which ultimately affects the compensation that you can receive. Still, a good place to "cut your teeth".
