In the past, the firm has been accused of having an unequal balance of men and women in leadership roles, but that has changed in recent years.

Several employees have been here for more than 10 or 20 years (a true testament to the amazing work culture and genuine feeling that this firm actually cares for their employees). The work is interesting and invigorating.ConsHours may vary and are unpredictable. Support staff may be spread thin at times but that's what comes with this profession.
