Advice to law firm management: Legally you needed to be shut down years ago and right now should be out of business.
Cons: Berman & Simmons takes bribes and fail to defend their clients. They discriminate against women and children. They advertise that they will refund your money if they don't win your case which is not true. They also reach out in the community and destroy your reputation
Partners to Avoid and Why: Past attorney's to avoid: John Sedgewick, David VanDyke,
Tyler Kolle. I also would not trust any of the current attorneys
Favorite Things About this Firm: There are none. They totally destroyed my life, my practice, and my childrens lives
