Sullivan & Worcester is a law firm that offers a great working environment and work life balance. It is a collaborative atmosphere where employees can contribute at all levels, and management is understanding and cares about employees. HR department is highly praised, specifically Susan V. for being genuine and caring. However, the firm's salary is slightly lower than the market, and there is limited growth for those in administrative roles due to the low turnover rate. Furthermore, the firm only offers high-deductible plans for health insurance. Despite this, employees report that there is usually enough work and that the partners are all working towards the same goal.
