BCG Attorney Search speaks with attorneys about law firms every day. Here is what attorneys are saying:

and have no empathy.

Holland & Hart LLP is a law firm that has been in the business for many years and has a wide variety of practice areas and offices. Based on reviews from attorneys and others who have worked there, the firm is known for its flexibility, positive and encouraging environment, and excellent pay. The benefits package is robust and unique, and the staff is helpful. However, some reviews have pointed out that the bonus system is not worth sticking around for and that some of the employees are not the most friendly or easy to get along with. Additionally, the HR management, hours and pay have been noted as issues, as well as the managers being quite narcissistic and unempathetic.
Overall, Holland & Hart LLP seems to be a good place to work if you are looking for a flexible place with good pay. However, it is important to be aware of the potential issues with the environment, HR and the managers.

Pros: 5.0 Current Employee, more than 1 yearAmazing Culture & BenefitsAnonymous Employee ProsThe firm stands by its commitment to its employees and all of their founding principles. I have seen first hand the community efforts they have put forth and the impact they are having locally has been rewarding to be part of. They offer a robust benefits package that is unique and affordable, H&H is very committed to employees wellbeing, the benefits include a wellness plan and a free EAP. The retirement plan offers an employer match and profit sharing. Great line up of offerings! The firm is true to it's diversity and inclusion. The people are so friendly, warm and inviting. It has been very easy to build relationships and get to know new colleagues even through the pandemic. There has been several inclusion events to take part in and there have been many team building activities that have been very fun to participate in, while getting to know my teammates. The annual performance and review process is very fair and consistent across the firm. I have worked for H&H about 18 month now and it has truly been a dream job!ConsJust know where you plan to park downtown ahead of time.
