Advice to law firm management: Treat your employees better, especially the loyal ones. Thin out your so called "Managers" who lack the experience to manage anything.
Pros: The pay is good when the real estate market is good.
Cons: Unfortunately, if the market shifts, you are no longer a person. You become a "business decision," regardless of the many, dedicated years of service you have given to them.

Pros: 5.0 Current Employee, more than 5 yearsExcellentParalegal ProsGreat top-notch company. The company is always ready to change with the fluctuating conditions of the real estate world. Help is always available if needed- just ask. I'm not sure where the racist comments in some of the reviews come from. I have never witnessed anything of the sort. In fact, everyone is treated fairly and equal. Those comments are simply unjustified in my opinion. The company shows a lot of appreciation to employees throughout the year.ConsCan be highly stressful at times.Advice to ManagementHave a designated floating closer/coordinator/paralegal to cover work while employees are on PTO- best not to transfer the workload to someone in a similar position.
