The firm offers great benefits, consistent raises, and networking opportunities to its employees. It is a small, tight knit group with good resources for the litigation team and passionate people. Though the culture can be toxic at times with management and HR having favorites, upper management has an old school mentality about staff and law, and salary may not be as competitive with other firms, overall, Berliner Cohen is a great place to work with understanding and professional people who ensure that all employees take time for their personal lives.
