Pros: 4.0 Former EmployeeGreat community atmosphereOct 6, 2015 - ProsThe community atmosphere is great. It really has an open door policy. Support staff is terrific. The benefits are terrific, especially the health insurance for a single person. No monthly premium. Hours are reasonable for a firm of its size. Compensation is fair.ConsMy only real complaint was that the compensation system was not all that transparent. It was unclear how billable hours were weighted against receivables and other factors like quality of work, results, and originations. No real mentorship program for young attorneys. More of an older crowd.Advice to ManagementOffer a clearer picture as to how to maximize earning potential. Also a formal mentorship program for younger associates would be helpful.
