BCG Attorney Search speaks with attorneys about law firms every day. Here is what attorneys are saying:

The law firm Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP (CPM) is a well-regarded firm located in Columbus, Ohio. The firm is known for its commitment to excellence and its dedication to the community.

CPM has a culture that encourages growth and development for its staff and attorneys. It offers different rating types and encourages employees to share their ideas for development. The firm also has many opportunities to serve the community through volunteer activities and pro bono work.

In addition, CPM is known for its flexibility with its employees. They offer accommodations within reason for workspace and are open to employees working from home when needed. This flexibility allows CPM to attract talented staff and attorneys who may need to work remotely.

However, CPM also has some areas that can be challenging. The firm's high expectations can be difficult for employees who are uncomfortable with criticism. Last-minute needs can also arise, which can be overwhelming for those who are not used to quickly switching gears and juggling multiple responsibilities.

Overall, CPM is a respected firm that values its employees and encourages them to grow and develop. It has a culture of excellence that can be challenging for some, but for those who are up to the challenge, CPM can be a great place to work.
