With 15 years of experience, the firm has a collegial atmosphere with many attorneys who are very good to work with. Everyone is friendly and caring, and the retreat is a great way for all the attorneys to get to know each other.

The firm has a comfortable working environment depending on the attorneys you work for, and everyone pitches in to help. However, there is a disconnect between offices and the base compensation is low compared to other law firms. Furthermore, billing and HR are spotty and cannot be relied to help attorneys, and the firm has become more of a business than a professional law firm.

Generally, long hours and a stressful work product are expected, and the road to profitability is steep with partners having to pay for associates to work on cases. Despite these issues, the majority of reviews are positive and many people have great things to say about the firm, from the great environment and atmosphere to the flexible schedule and great benefits.
