BCG Attorney Search speaks with attorneys about law firms every day. Here is what attorneys are saying:

to take staff for granted.

Summary:
Williams Mullen is a law firm located in Richmond with a wide range of legal services. According to reviews, the firm has a great culture and strong leaders, as well as a friendly and relaxed work environment. The Executive Leadership team is open to discussion and takes employees best interest into account when making decisions. The accounting department is welcoming and positive changes are taking place on a weekly basis.

However, the pay could be better and there is not much room for growth. Technology is lagging but the I.T. team is making progress. Additionally, there are reviews that state the firm is poorly run, with zero management presence in the office and underpaying their staff. Admins are expected to support multiple attorneys without any back-up or support. Unfortunately, staff are taken for granted by management.

Overall, Williams Mullen appears to have a good culture and positive work environment, however, it does not appear to be a great place to work in terms of career growth and salary.
