Many employees have noted that the firm has a great work/life balance and that the majority of the attorneys are kind and provide great opportunities for learning and growth. There are also excellent benefits and the firm takes good care of its employees. However, some employees have noted that HR could communicate better with employees and that salaries could be better for the location. Additionally, the firm does not offer a work-from-home policy for staff and their maternity leave offers 12 weeks paid for lawyers but only 6 for staff.
