Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, P.C., began as the law firm partnership of Lindabury, McCormick & Estabrook in 1954. It was formed by Joseph S. Lindabury, Francis X. McCormick, and Kenneth L. Estabrook.

The early emphasis of the firm's practice was directed primarily toward serving of the legal needs of closely held businesses and the individual needs of the owners. While we have retained this emphasis, our client base has grown to include major health care providers, financial institutions, insurance companies, governmental bodies and municipalities, and Fortune 500 companies. The firm is retained by clients throughout the United States, as general outside counsel, local counsel, litigation counsel or special counsel in such areas as energy, public and private finance, environmental, taxation, real estate, securities and labor law. Today, the firm is highly regarded as a cost-effective alternative to larger regional and national law firms.

In 2006, Lindabury McCormick & Estabrook merged with Cooper, Rose & English of Summit, New Jersey. The combined firm, Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, P.C. has more than 40 attorneys and offices in Westfield, N.J.; Summit, N.J.; Red Bank, N.J.; New York, N.Y.; and Philadelphia, P.A. Our ability to provide the personal service of a small firm while also offering the sophisticated capabilities of a larger firm make the firm a particularly good value as a provider of legal services.
