Most law firms, by the way, when you push back on their invoices, a lot of them will bargain with you and reduce the rates. If you are pushing back, you shouldn't feel you need to do that.
So, if you need to do that, you may often be better with another firm. One of the things I would tell you just as someone who's working in-house is that. A lot of times, law firms market themselves as being cheaper and having better expertise. That saves you money, and that's a lot of times how law firms come onto the scene and get famous by having some sort of way that they market themselves or things that they say about themselves that are going to, that makes them a little cheaper.
But in reality, it's most of the time, it's all the same thing. They're all the same type of firm.
