There are no risks, and there's nothing wrong, by the way, with warning other people about toxic places and things on TLS, and no one will delete your posts. The only risk associated with posting that sort of information. If you're going to write negative things about your firm, if you search for BCG, you could do it there. You could write them on LawCrossing, and you could write them on Top Law Schools, on Glassdoor., I think maybe indeed allows that. But if you write negative things, you should also write positive things about the places that are good.
The only risk is getting caught. You won't get caught by the publication turning over your negative statement because they'll defend you. But, if you post information, there's no personal risk. I would be cautious about putting information that could come back to you because people take that stuff very seriously.
