It's Probably Just IRAC
[00:00:00] Notified by an employer to be prepared to reason through a legal issue in an interview I have upcoming. Do you have any experience with what that could even mean? I'm a rising 2L if that helps. I genuinely know nothing.
I have no idea what that means, but it's basically, they're probably just going to ask you how you would respond or think through an issue. So you have to use the tools that you already have, which are where you have an issue, whatever the issue presented, facts.
I don't even remember how to answer those sorts of questions, but, you would ask IRAC. You remember, Issue, Rule Analysis, Conclusion, something like that. That's probably all they're asking. And if you can do that, you'll probably be in good shape.
