No, I don't know that you need to attach your resume. It is, you're right, it's forward. You can say a little bit in your cover letter, like I'm a student in the school, I have some questions about what it's like practicing in the city, or in your practice here. Would it be possible meet with you? And then when you do go to the meeting you bring your resume with you.
