Duties

• Identify client conflicts and develop case strategies with resolution options.

• Conduct research and draft briefs, pleadings, and motions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a lawyer.
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a law firm environment.
• Ability to manage a heavy caseload with minimal supervision.
• Advanced skills in legal research programs (Westlaw and Lexis) required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
• Experience representing clients for at least 2 years.

Education

• Graduation from law school with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree.
