Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Briefing and Research Attorney in Corpus Christi, TX, to support trial attorneys in preparing and developing personal injury cases. This role offers an excellent opportunity to enhance litigation skills in a dynamic environment.

Duties

  • Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare trial materials.
  • Assist in deposition and trial preparation.
  • Learn strategies for plaintiff-side personal injury litigation.

Requirements

  • JD, licensed and in good standing in Texas.
  • Texas Bar license required.
  • 0-3 years of personal injury experience.
  • Excellent legal writing and research skills.
  • Valid TX driver's license; good driving record.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD)
