Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate with 4-7 years of experience to join the Emerging Growth practice in Aspen, Colorado. This role offers the chance to engage in a dynamic market, representing venture capital funds and emerging companies in various transactions and corporate counseling.

Duties

  • Represent venture capital funds and emerging companies in debt and equity financings.
  • Participate in mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience at a top-tier law firm.
  • Experience with emerging growth companies, venture capital, or private equity funds.
  • Interest in practicing in the Mountain West region.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
