Duties

  • Handle complex personal injury cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death.

  • Work alongside an experienced attorney on case preparation, discovery, depositions, and trial strategy.
  • Conduct legal analysis and draft motions, pleadings, and briefs.
  • Manage relationships with clients, ensuring they are fully informed and supported throughout their case.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated legal team to ensure meticulous case preparation.
  • Advocate for clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.

Requirements

  • Arizona or New Mexico licensed attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation.
  • Experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, or product liability preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure, high-stakes cases.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Creativity and resourcefulness in identifying legal strategies.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
