Duties

• Handle a variety of civil litigation matters from initial pleadings through trial.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with current laws.
• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Engage in negotiations with opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop effective strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ohio Bar license required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
