Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level finance associate in Boston, MA, to join a sophisticated corporate and business law practice. The candidate will engage in complex commercial finance and real estate finance transactions, offering a significant opportunity for responsibility and hands-on experience.

Duties

  • Represent financial institutions, lenders, borrowers, and developers in finance transactions.
  • Handle asset-based, corporate, and industrial financing.
  • Manage commercial real estate, affordable housing, and renewable energy financing.
  • Draft and review loan and credit agreements.
  • Work with interest rate swaps, participation agreements, and intercreditor arrangements.

Requirements
