Duties

• Manage J-1 Physician Waivers and extraordinary ability petitions.
• Handle National Interest Waiver and O-1, H1B work visa petitions.
• Prepare PERM labor certification applications.
• Draft and research legal documents with precision.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• High level of academic achievement.
• Strong writing, drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high caseload and meet multiple deadlines.
• Admission to the MD bar.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the MD bar.
