Section 337 Litigation Associate

Job Overview

Duties

• Participate in Section 337 ITC cases.

Requirements

• Experience in at least two Section 337 ITC cases.
• Familiarity with domestic industry, remedies, and enforcement.
• Active bar license in the state of the office location or commitment to obtain one.
