Job Overview:
A respected national defense litigation law firm is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney licensed in Idaho to join its team. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within Idaho while collaborating closely with regional office teams. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of civil litigation experience, a proactive work ethic, and strong litigation skills. Location:

  • Boise, Idaho

Duties:

  • Independently manage civil litigation case files from inception through resolution

  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda

  • Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, and hearings

  • Participate in case strategy development and trial preparation

  • Engage in marketing and client development efforts

  • Collaborate with team members and participate in firm training initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience

  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Idaho

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with colleagues

  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed

  • Trial experience preferred

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in Idaho

Skills:

  • Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple matters simultaneously
