Job Overview:
A well-established personal injury law firm with offices in Utah and Idaho is seeking a Bilingual Attorney fluent in Spanish and English to join its growing legal team. This full-time role focuses on advocating for Spanish-speaking clients involved in personal injury matters, offering support from case initiation through resolution. The position is ideal for a compassionate, detail-oriented attorney who is passionate about delivering client-centered legal services in a fast-paced environment.

Location:

  • St. George, UT

Duties:

  • Conduct client interviews and provide consistent communication with Spanish-speaking clients

  • Draft, translate, and review legal documents and correspondence

  • Collect and organize case evidence, including medical records and police reports

  • Prepare legal documents such as affidavits, discovery, and trial materials

  • Coordinate schedules for hearings, depositions, and appointments

  • Support litigation by assisting in trial preparation and related case activities

  • Collaborate with legal team members to ensure effective case progression

Requirements:

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in personal injury law

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset

  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a dynamic legal environment

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in the state of Utah

  • Good standing with the Utah State Bar

Skills:

  • Proficient in legal drafting, research, and case file management

  • Comfortable working with diverse clients and sensitive case details

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Filevine case management software (preferred)
