  • Appear on behalf of clients in immigration court and represent their interests before federal agencies such as USCIS and ICE.

  • Conduct in-depth legal research on case law, statutes, and policy changes to ensure clients receive current and effective counsel.

  • Stay informed on updates within immigration law and governmental procedures, applying these insights proactively in client cases.

  • Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive and collegial team environment, contributing to shared goals while managing independent caseloads.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree conferred by an accredited law school.

  • Must hold an active license to practice law in Indiana.

  • At least 4 years of direct experience in immigration law, including representation in complex cases.

  • Proficient understanding of U.S. immigration policies, procedures, and legal frameworks.
