• Negotiate and facilitate real estate transactions

• Provide counsel on zoning, land use, and title matters

• Prepare and review documentation related to real property transfers

• Assist with due diligence and closing procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant legal experience in real estate law

• Proven ability to handle real estate transactions independently

• Familiarity with Wisconsin real estate law and practices

• Previous experience working with clients across residential, commercial, or agricultural real estate preferred

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Wisconsin State Bar (in good standing)
