Job Overview: A law firm in Tampa, FL, is actively seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join their team as a Partner specializing in Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing legal expertise, strategic counsel, and leadership within the firm.

Duties:

• Spearhead and managed the Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions practice area, overseeing all legal aspects of transactions.
• Lead and mentor a team of attorneys, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients, guiding them through complex transactions and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct due diligence on potential deals, identifying legal risks, and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Draft and negotiate transactional documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and other dispute resolution processes related to M&A transactions.

Requirements:

Education:
