Duties

• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.

• Draft and respond to discovery requests.
• Conduct depositions.
• Prepare cases for trial.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of general civil litigation experience.
• Strong academic background.
• Excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• License to practice in Ohio.
• Familiarity with Ohio state and federal court systems.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
