Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join its practice in Naples, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years of experience in both commercial and residential real estate transactions, with a focus on commercial work. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership and contribute to the growth of the firm's real estate practice.

Duties

  • Handle a broad range of commercial and residential real estate transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents.
  • Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review.
  • Advise clients on transactional structuring, risk mitigation, and compliance matters.
  • Work closely with practice leadership to expand service offerings.
  • Support mentorship and collaboration within the team.
  • Contribute to client development and long-term practice growth.

Requirements

  • Active membership in the Florida Bar.
  • Minimum of eight years of experience in real estate law.
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Interest in long-term leadership and practice development.
  • Reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the Naples, Florida area.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the Florida Bar.
