Duties

• Manage all phases of the deal lifecycle from term sheet through closing.
• Draft and negotiate key transaction documents, including asset purchase agreements and merger agreements.
• Collaborate with team members on complex corporate transactions.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of corporate transactional experience, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex transactions efficiently.
• Admission in good standing in the jurisdiction where you plan to practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
