The candidate will serve in patent application preparation and prosecution, client counseling and opinion work. Experience with foreign-originated prosecution is a plus. Must have a B.S. degree in Electric Engineering, Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering, and also be registered to practice before the USPTO.
