Duties

  • Structure and negotiate real estate joint venture agreements and related partnership arrangements
  • Draft and review limited liability company agreements and partnership agreements
  • Advise clients on joint venture structuring, governance, and risk allocation
  • Support complex real estate transactions, including development and investment projects
  • Collaborate with clients, investors, and internal teams on transaction strategy and execution
  • Conduct legal analysis related to joint venture structures and real estate investments
  • Manage multiple transactions and guide throughout the deal lifecycle

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience working on joint venture transactions, particularly in real estate
  • Experience handling complex real estate joint ventures and partnership structures
  • Prior experience at a large law firm preferred
  • Ability to manage significant responsibilities independently while working within a team
  • Strong academic background

Education and Certifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the California State Bar
