Job Overview:
A client-focused personal injury law firm with offices in Utah and Idaho is seeking a Bilingual Attorney fluent in both Spanish and English. This full-time position is ideal for a motivated legal professional dedicated to delivering exceptional care and advocacy to Spanish-speaking clients. The role involves handling all aspects of personal injury cases, from initial client contact through negotiation and settlement, with a strong emphasis on communication and client service.

Location:

  • Murray, UT

Duties:

  • Conduct client consultations and maintain ongoing communication with Spanish-speaking clients

  • Draft, proofread, and translate legal documents and correspondence in both English and Spanish

  • Collect, organize, and review evidence such as medical records and police reports

  • Prepare legal filings, including affidavits, discovery, and trial materials

  • Coordinate schedules for hearings, depositions, and medical appointments

  • Assist in trial preparation and support litigation efforts

  • Collaborate with legal team to advance personal injury cases toward resolution

Requirements:

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)

  • At least 2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in personal injury law

  • Strong organizational and case management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Compassionate approach to client service

  • Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload with attention to detail

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:
