  • Conduct depositions, prepare dispositive motions, and coordinate expert witnesses.

  • Analyze product design, warnings, causation, and scientific/medical evidence.

  • Assist with trial preparation and support courtroom advocacy when needed.

  • Communicate directly with corporate clients, insurers, and co-counsel teams.

Requirements

  • 1–10+ years of litigation experience, ideally in product liability defense or complex civil litigation.

  • Strong writing, motion practice, and case-management skills.

  • Comfort working with scientific, medical, or engineering evidence.

  • Ability to manage active defense dockets and deadlines.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

  • Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Skills

  • Excellent analytical, writing, and advocacy abilities.

  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with experts and technical evidence.

  • Organized and disciplined approach to case management.

  • Collaborative mindset, responsive, and detail-oriented.
