Duties

• Handle hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
• Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are informed.
• Prepare legal documents such as petitions, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Negotiate settlements with clients and opposing counsel.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and guidance.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff for efficient case handling.
• Conduct legal research on Texas civil litigation issues.
• Participate in continuing legal education and internal training.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in civil litigation or related legal practice.
