Duties

  • Handle hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in civil litigation or related legal practice.
